FAQ

Question:

I want to sell clothing but prices are different for certain sizes and materials. Would I need to create a separate product for each differently priced item?

Answer:

There is no need to create a separate product for each item in your catalog that has a different price.

Product attributes such as color and size can have an additional price added for certain values. When the customer selects a product with attributes that have an additional cost, that cost is added to the base price of the product.

So for example, a shirt can cost $10 and it may cost an additional $2 for an XL size. The customer who chooses the XL size would be charged $12.

Any additional costs associated with these product attributes are always displayed in the select lists to the customer so they are aware of any additional price for certain attributes.
