Question:

What if I have a product out of stock or backordered? Do I have to remove the product and re-add it later on?

Answer:

No, simply select the product in the ShopKeeper catalog and change its availability from 'yes' to 'no'. This will save you time having to re-create products by instead just changing their availability when you have them in stock. Product Categories also have availability settings so you can quickly make entire categories available or unavailable at your choosing.
