The ShopKeeper provides a policy input page that will allow you to provide all the details you want on store policies such as refunds, returns, exchanges, privacy, ... on your ecommerce site for customers to view.

If you have a merchant gateway and are taking real-time payments, you can also process credits to customers via the ShopKeeper.
