The QuadCommerce software was developed completely in-house by Quadsimia, which means that we fully support its on-going development. We continuously encourage our clients to provide us feedback on features and capabilities that would make our software even better!
We include standard support with QuadCommerce. Additionally, support can be purchased to help you build/maintain your store, and learn the ins and outs of the QuadCommerce software.

Standard Support
Given that QuadCommerce is a hosted e-commerce solution, Quadsimia provides full support for maintaining the computer and network hardware, web servers, databases, and all auxiliary software packages necessary for your QuadCommerce store’s function. This is all included at no charge as part of the QuadCommerce solution.
You also receive FREE product support which includes updates*, fixes, and other enhancements to the core software code. That means as long as you are a QuadCommerce client, your store will be able to utilize the latest version of QuadCommerce with its newest features & capabilities.
For all support, if your call is due to a bug/error in the QuadCommerce software, you will not be charged for that support call (and we’ll fix the bug too!)
* May not include the cost of upgrading your store database from one major release to the next.
Monthly Support
Support contracts can optionally be purchased which include up to 10 support calls/e-mails per month for only $25/month. With a 6-month or more contract you will also get a hardcopy of the QuadCommerce documentation.
1-Time Support
QuadCommerce clients who do not have a support contract can opt at any time for a one-time support call/e-mail for a cost of $100 per incident.
